After years of being caught in the middle of global corporations not living up to the needs of the current clientele, massive fees and costs for overhead, but at the same time, trying to short change the actual work that was needed, the founder of Cardinal Elevator Services knew that he was going to do what was right. Justin knew change was needed, because day in and day out the consumers would express their frustrations with how they were being ignored by the global elevator companies.
